Car Rentals Are you tired of paying large amounts of money to park at the airport while you travel? This will not be a concern for you when you travel through the Southeast Iowa Regional Airport. We are happy to offer free parking to those flying in and out of BRL. FREE PARKING Service counters for Avis and Hertz are conveniently located just inside the main terminal doors and a few steps from the airline ticket counters. (For those arriving via private aircraft, they are just down the hall from the general aviation pilot's lounge and briefing center).
